Message from the Dean

 It gives me immense pleasure to welcome you to the School of Engineering & Technology, where we are committed to nurturing future-ready engineers, innovators, entrepreneurs, and responsible professionals.

The school offers Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Ph.D. programs in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, CSE with Data Science, Agricultural Engineering, and Food Technology.

The Agricultural Engineering program offers specialized streams in Farm Machinery and Power Engineering, Processing and Food Engineering, Irrigation and Drainage Engineering, Soil and Water Conservation Engineering, and Renewable Energy Engineering.

We are also proud to introduce 6-year Integrated Undergraduate Degree Programs, which provide a seamless and structured academic pathway, fostering strong foundational knowledge, advanced technical expertise, and research orientation.

We are committed to academic excellence, industry-aligned education, research, and innovation. Students benefit from state-of-the-art laboratories, highly experienced and dedicated faculty, and globally recognized certifications such as IBM, Microsoft, Cisco, AWS, UiPath, and Unity, supported by NSDC.

The School focuses on Outcome-Based Education, interdisciplinary learning, project-based learning, skill development, internships, Centres of Excellence, and strong industry–academia collaboration. Students are encouraged to explore emerging areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Internet of Things, Cyber Security, Robotics, Automation, VLSI, Semiconductor Technology, Advanced Communication, Agriculture, Food and Sustainable Technologies.Strong industry engagement through guest lectures, internship, and industrial visits ensures holistic professional development.

Engineering education today goes beyond classroom learning. Our objective is to provide students with a strong foundation in fundamental concepts, complemented by hands-on learning, emerging technologies, research, innovation, and industry exposure. We strive to create an academic environment where students can transform their ideas into practical solutions for real-world challenges.

We also place strong emphasis on research, innovation, patents, publications, entrepreneurship, and start-up culture. Our aim is to provide students and faculty with opportunities to collaborate with industries, research organizations, and national and international academic institutions.
