Prof. (Dr.) Yuvaraj M. Patil is a distinguished academician, researcher, and educational administrator with 36 years of experience in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering Education. He holds B.E., M.E., and Ph.D. degrees in Electronics Engineering from Shivaji University Kolhapur. He has contributed significantly to engineering education through innovative teaching methodologies, outcome-based education practices, industry-academia collaborations, and student skill development initiatives.

Throughout his illustrious career, he has served in several key leadership positions, including Controller of Examinations, Director Central Assessment Process at Shivaji University Kolhapur, Dean (Postgraduate Studies), Dean (Academics), and Head of the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering. He has also played a pivotal role as NBA and NAAC Coordinator, contributing extensively to institutional accreditation, quality enhancement, and outcome-based education practices.

He has an impressive research portfolio comprising 47 research publications in reputed national and international journals and conferences, along with 4 granted patents. Also an accomplished author of One technical book on Basic Electrical Engineering and one chapter in springer press. His areas of interest include Wireless Communication Systems, control systems, Signal and Image Processing, Semiconductor Devices, Artificial Intelligence applications in Engineering, and Emerging Technologies. He has guided undergraduate of 30+ group of students, postgraduate 45+ students and 7 students in Ph.D. Research and project work and has actively participated in curriculum design, accreditation processes, faculty development programs, and research activities

He is an active member of academic governance and curriculum development bodies, serving as a Member of the Board of Studies (BoS) of Shivaji University and several other colleges.
