About the Department

The School of Management (SoM), established in 2021 at Talsande, offers quality management education through BBA and MBA programs, including MBA Agribusiness Management (started in 2022) and MBA Pharmaceutical Management (started in 2025). The curricula blend theoretical learning and practical application, focusing on developing students’ soft and hard skills through experiential learning. SoM’s features include well-equipped classrooms, a growing library, and a green campus environment, with activities like workshops and seminars. Highly qualified faculty members provide industry-relevant education, committed to student growth. SoM emphasizes discipline, campus placements, industry exposure, and research, aiming for strong academic performance and elevating management education quality. The school strives to foster entrepreneurial capabilities and societal impact through education, preparing students for successful careers in management and related fields, with a focus on practical skills and industry readiness.

  2. BBA Program Details: 3-year undergraduate program in Business Management (BBA) and BBA (Honors), available to Science, Arts, and Commerce students with 50% marks in 12th grade.
  3. MBA Program Structure: 4-semester programs with specializations in Agribusiness Management, Pharmaceutical Management, and General Management.
  4. MBA Curriculum: Covers core subjects like accounting, management, finance, marketing, and business law, with emphasis on leadership, planning, and business strategy.
  5. Industry Exposure: Industrial visits and internships play a crucial role in shaping students’ careers, with monthly industry exposure through regular visits.

We at SOM, aim to bring the perspective of Volatile Uncertain Complex Ambiguous (VUCA) world to our students to face them in resolving the issues and challenges faced by society and
industry.

In making them to face the ever evolving challenges, we create every effort to expose and prepare them to face the scenarios through our well structured programs in UG (BBA –Honors), MBA (Regular dual specialization, ABM and Pharma Management) by incorporating the transformative curriculum by creating learner centric mode by incorporating the course offering by industry professionals (close to 30-40% of credits), leading professionals who are trained at leading high ranked institutions. 

We make every effort to create the learning a fun through various immersion programs both in India and abroad for our students on regular intervals. We have designed course for the first time anywhere in a MBA program like “Evolution of Business Enterprises from Asisa” highlighting why 21 st century belongs to Asia.

Efforts are created at campus for work in teams, which is the order of the day across the globe with various cultural backgrounds. Creating the environment for conducive learning by exposing them adopt various cutting-edge technologies, databases and well-structured program for personality development throughout the program period.
