I am currently working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Management at D. Y. Patil Agriculture and Technical University, Talsande. I hold an MBA in HR and Finance, an M.Com in Accountancy, and an M.Phil in Human Resource Management, along with a B.Ed in English and Mathematics. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from D.Y. Patil Agriculture and Technical University.

I have over 7 years of teaching and 3 years of industry experience. My academic interests include Human Resource Management, Business Regulatory Framework, Business Communication, Business Environment, Linguistics, and Commerce.

I am passionate about teaching and supporting students’ academic growth. I was honoured with the Best Student of the Year Award in 2012.

Over the years, I have contributed to curriculum delivery, student mentoring, departmental activities, and academic coordination. I am also actively involved in enhancing students’ practical knowledge through discussions, assignments, and innovative teaching practices.

With my academic foundation and professional experience, I aim to contribute to quality education and continuous development in the field of Commerce and Management, while shaping students into competent and responsible professionals.
