A Memorandum of Understanding ( MoU) was signed on 2 January 2023 between
D Y Patil Agriculture & Technical University (DYP-ATU), Talsande and Priyanka Foods and Naturals (PEN), Kodoli. The MoU aims to promote collaboration in scientific, technical, agricultural, and social education, along with research, knowledge sharing, and training for postgraduate students. It also strengthens University–Start-up interaction to support joint academic and developmental activities.

Ltd., Pune.This MoU establishes mutual collaboration between the two parties for academic, research, training, and skill-development activities at the department level.

The MoU focuses on collaboration in scientific, technical, agricultural, and social education, along with research, knowledge dissemination, and training for postgraduate students and faculty. It aims to strengthen University–Industry interaction and promote joint academic and research initiatives.
D Y Patil Agriculture & Technical University, Talsande signed an MoU with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) to promote academic collaboration, skill development, expert lectures, and professional guidance for students at the department level.
Industrial Visits
On January 04, 2025, a group of 71 students and three faculty members from D. Y. PATIL Agriculture & Technical University Talsande. Of Commerce & Management, embarked on an Industry visit to JK TYRE MYSORE PLANT. The purpose of the visit was to gain practical insights into the manufacturing processes, management and operations of a leading industrial establishment.
Industrial Visit on 05/02/2025 at Raymond Ltd., Kagal MIDC. Attended by BBA I & BBA II students with a total strength of 38. Accompanied by faculties Dr. Malati N. Khokle, Mrs. Meenakshi Patil, and Ms. Shivani Jangam. The visit provided valuable industrial exposure and practical learning experience.
Industrial Visit on 18/03/2025 to Retail Outlet of Sunshine Farm and Dairy Unit, DYP-ATU.

On 13th August 2025, as part of the “EkSankalpSwachhatecha” initiative, a total of 120 NSS students visited the Jotiba Temple, WadiRatnagiri, Kolhapur. The program aimed to promote cleanliness, discipline, and social responsibility among students.

On 17 August 2024, MBA-ABM First and Second Year students, along with four faculty members, visited Mapro Foods Pvt. Ltd., Wai.
The visit provided insights into large-scale food processing, cold storage operations, logistics management, and value addition in agricultural produce.
On 31 January 2025, MBA-ABM First and Second Year students, along with four faculty members, visited Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd., Goa.
Students observed advanced beverage manufacturing technology, automated bottling lines, and the company’s sustainable practices in water recycling and waste management.
On 6 April 2025, MBA-ABM Second Year students, accompanied by two faculty members, visited Sanjivan Agro Tourism, Sangli. The visit provided insights into integrated agro-tourism models, revenue diversification for farmers, rural entrepreneurship, and direct-to-consumer marketing.
