BIOGRAPHY

Mrs. Shubhada Yadav is an Assistant Professor with more than fourteen years of teaching experience across multidisciplinary domains including Arts, Commerce, Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, and Management. Currently, she is serve as the Head of the Department of First Year Engineering at D. Y. Patil Agriculture and Technical University, Talsande, her academic specialization lies in English Communication Skills, Soft Skills, and professional development, areas through which she has consistently guided students toward confidence, clarity, and career readiness. She is pursuing her PhD from Shivaji University Kolhapur in Posthumanism reflected in Science Fiction of David Simpson.

As the Head of First Year Engineering, she is committed to creating a student-centered ecosystem grounded with discipline, support and academic excellence. At DYP ATU, she has played an active leadership role as the In-Charge of the Students’ Association for First Year CSE, where I successfully led prominent events such as TechVerse 2K25 and Open Canvas. These initiatives were aimed at fostering creativity, innovation, leadership, and collaborative spirit among students.
