BIOGRAPHY

Mrs. Pushpa Kashi is an academician and researcher with over 11 years of teaching experience and 2 years of industry experience in the field of Business Management. She holds a B.Sc. in Physics from Willingdon College, Sangli (1994), an MBA in Quantitative Techniques and Marketing from CIMDR, Sangli (1996), and an M.Phil. in Business Management from Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil Institute of Management Studies and Research , Satara (2018). She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Business Management at Shivaji University, Kolhapur, focusing on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) practices of selected business units in Western Maharashtra.

Her research expertise lies in Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, SME development, and Strategic Management. She has published five journal articles in reputed national and international journals, along with  book chapter and  conference proceedings. Her scholarly contributions highlight sustainable business practices, CSR strategies, SME growth, and value-chain challenges.

She has guided over 250 postgraduate students and has taught a wide range of courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including Principles of Management, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship Development, Business Statistics, Digital Marketing Analytics, Organisational Behaviour, and several others.

Her academic work is complemented by active participation in national and international conferences, covering themes such as global value chains, inclusive growth, demonetization, and business transformation.
