Sports 2023-24
The primary aim of the Annual Sports Meet 2K24 is to encourage students to actively participate in sports, promoting a healthy lifestyle and instilling essential values such as discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. Through this initiative, the University seeks to enhance the overall development of students beyond academics.
Y. Patil Agriculture and Technical University is proud to host the Annual Sports Meet 2K24, The Sports Department organised “Annual Sports Meet” during 10nd to 16th February 2024. Respected Hon.Vice Chancellor Prof.(Dr.) K. Prathapan & Registrar, Prof. Dr. J.A. Khot inaugurated the event. Dr. Murali M. Bhupathi (Dean – S.C.M.), Dr. Sangram T. Patil (Dean – C.S.E.), Dr. Jayant S. Ghatge, (Dean –Agri.Eng), Dr. Gurunath V. Mote, (Food Technology) during the event to motivate the students.
Cricket (Men & Women), Chess (Men & Women), Volleyball (Men & Women), Basketball (Men & Women), Carrom (Men & Women), & Kho-Kho (Men& Women) Football (Men & Women), Kabaddi (Men & Women) etc. total 08 events were conducted in this meet. Total 632 Students participated enthusiastically in the same. The competition received good support from students and student volunteers were help us in smooth conduct of the tournament.

Sports 2024-25
Inter-College State-Level Sports Tournament Participation (2024–25)
Students of D. Y. Patil Agriculture & Technical University, Talsande actively participated in the Inter-College State-Level Sports Tournament organized at MIT College, Loni Kalbhor, Pune.
Athletics
Mr. Omkar Rahul Nalawade secured Gold (800m) and Bronze (1600m) medals at the State-Level Athletics Tournament held at COEP Technological University, Pune.
Boxing (Women)
Ms. Kanchan Sunil Bhosale won a Bronze Medal in Women’s Boxing at the tournament held at MIT College, Pune.
Football (Men)
The Men’s Football Team secured Second Runner-Up position at the State-Level Inter-College Football Tournament.
