Anti-Ragging Measures at DYPATU

About the Department

Our University is committed to providing a safe, respectful and completely ragging-free learning environment. To ensure this, we strictly follow guidelines and have implemented the following measures on campus:

  • Anti-Ragging Committee

    A dedicated committee comprising senior faculty members continuously monitors and supervises anti-ragging initiatives

  • Campus-wide Vigilance

    Faculty members and support staff are deployed across key areas such as classrooms, canteen, parking zones, sports grounds and common spaces to prevent any possibility of ragging.

  • Awareness Campaigns

    Anti-ragging messages are extensively delivered through Anti-Ragging Awareness lectures and with displayed through posters, banners throughout the campus.

  • Grievance Handling

    The Grievance & Redressal Committee actively participates in anti-ragging efforts to ensure swift action on complaints.

Dear Students,

Every student is required to submit the Anti–Ragging Online Undertaking at the beginning of each academic year. The declaration must be completed through the online portal, as the procedure is now entirely web-based. Kindly go through the instructions and submit the undertaking within the given timeline.

How to fill Anti-Ragging Undertaking:

Open the Anti-Ragging website using any of the given links.
After opening the site, click on “Affidavit Registration Form for Universities.”
Step 1/2
Enter all the required details in the form:
• First section – fill your personal details
• Second section – fill your parent/guardian details
• Third section – enter your University and Course information
Step 2/2
After you submit the form, a Reference Number will be sent to your registered email.
This Reference Number is very important, and you must give this number to the Anti ragging, Nodal Officer of our university and concerned Anti-Ragging Committee member of your department.

  • Event/Activity Overview (Second Half)

    Anti-Ragging Guest Lecture was conducted as part of the Orientation Program. The session featured Inspector PramodShinde, Incharge of Vadgaon Police Station, who addressed students on the issue of ragging in educational institutions. During the lecture, Inspector Shinde explained the legal framework, university rules, and disciplinary measures designed to prevent ragging. He highlighted the rights of students, the serious consequences of engaging in ragging, and the importance of maintaining a safe and respectful campus environment. The session created awareness among students about their responsibilities and encouraged them to foster a culture of discipline, safety, and mutual respect within the institution.
