  • Provide advanced knowledge in Food Engineering and Technology
  • Collaborate with national and international organizations for research.
  • Develop expertise in Food Safety, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Compliance.
Programme Specific Outcomes (PSOs)
  • Ability to analyze and manage various facets of food industry (manufacturing, quality, regulatory, R&D).

  • Competency in new product/process development, entrepreneurship, and commercialization in food sector.

  • Capability to assume roles as Food technologist, food safety / quality officer, researcher or educator in industry / academia / regulatory / public health sectors.

  • Proficiency in modern food processing, preservation, packaging, quality assurance, and ability to implement innovations meeting safety/ sustainability standards
