About the Department

Chemistry is the study of matter and its properties, transformations, and interactions. It is a fundamental science that has wide-ranging applications in areas such as pharmaceuticals, energy, materials science, and environmental science. Department offers two specialization Organic chemistry and Analytical chemistry is an excellent choice for students who are passionate about the subject and want to deepen their knowledge of the field. It is a two-year course that comprises four semesters with industrial internship. The curriculum is implemented as per NEP- 2020 policy to provide students with a strong foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of the subject. Our M.Sc. in Chemistry program is designed to provide students with a rigorous education in the subject. Our program is taught by renowned faculty members who are experts in their fields and who remain committed to helping students achieve their academic and professional goals.
